I believe that it's time that the parents of most of the bullies causing these problems are held accountable just as much as their child should be. Having been on the receiving end of bullies in school, many times it was related to over-achieving sports activities and fathers living their lives through their sons and daughters. Win at all costs is the motto and violence is encouraged. Therefore they too should suffer the consequences for encouraging their kids violent disregard for human life and lack of remorse for their actions.
