Reports from both The Wall Street Journal and NBC News say Defense secretary Leon Panetta and Adm. Mike Mullen, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, will announce Friday that the military is ready to officially repeal “don’t ask, don’t tell.”

My Mission and Story

This blog site is dedicated to helping spread the truth and provide information about Teen Suicide, Teen Bullying, AIDS, Gay issues, Teen Homelessness. Government Waste, Congressional Dishonesty, and any other issues and stories as they may relate to these topics.

My desire and goal is to provide resources, information on current events, and to encourage people to participate, volunteer, open their minds, and to hopefully save the life of someone who feels as if they are alone in the world because they are singled out as being "different", too small, too tall, sick from some illness, or for any other reason.

I have a degree in counseling, especially related to grief; I have had mental breakdowns, been on medication for depression, been bullied, beaten, and just about everything else one might imagine, just for being who I am. From all those experiences I've learned that, if you want it bad enough, "IT DOES GET BETTER."
