Defendant in Tyler Clementi Suicide Case Appears in Court | News | The Advocate

Finally, after 10 months since Tyler Clementi committed suicide following the release of a video secretly taped by his roommate, justice may prevail. Hopefully this will send a message to bullies that they will not be tolerated any longer and that their actions have consequences. Although I am disappointed that Dharun Ravi's accomplice(s) have agreed to an easy plea deal to do some community service instead of hard time in exchange for their testimony against Ravi, at least Dharun might spend some time behind bars.
